Who bills you?
- Direct Amazon Prime billing: cancel in Prime Central.
- Prime Video Channel add-ons are managed separately in Channels settings.
- If your plan is billed through Apple, Google Play, Roku, or a carrier bundle, cancel with that billing provider.
What to expect after canceling
- Prime benefits usually continue until the end of your billing period unless Amazon offers an immediate-end option.
- Auto-renew stops once cancellation is confirmed.
Important warnings
- Deleting the Amazon app does not cancel Prime.
- Canceling Prime membership is different from deleting your Amazon account.
- Prime membership cancellation does not cancel Subscribe & Save items.
