How to cancel Zing.coach

Use the steps below to cancel your Zing.coach service.

    Open your Zing Coach app

  2. 2

    Navigate to the Analytics screen by tapping the graph icon on the bottom right of your Home screen

  3. 3

    Go to the Settings screen by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner

  4. 4

    Scroll down and tap Manage Subscription

  5. 5

    Tap the Unsubscribe button

  6. 6

    Tell us why you’re canceling then tap Unsubscribe anyway

  7. 7

    Check the email address associated with your subscription for a message from us, and tap the link in the email (it may be in your Spam or Junk folders)

  8. 8

    If you can’t find the Unsubscribe email, or have some other trouble canceling your account, then you can send an email to support@zing.coach with the subject: Cancel my Web subscription. In the body of the email, please include the email address you used to subscribe to the app or the User ID from the app itself.
